Building Capacity

Our partners are activists, scientists, leaders, and community organizations based in communities across Eurasia, and we strive to maintain long-term relationships. Whenever and wherever possible in our work, we support and engage with Indigenous peoples and local communities. We believe that Indigenous peoples hold the key to a thriving and resilient planet.

Our operating philosophy pairs capacity-building and collaborative fundraising to support community organizations in Eurasia.

• Connecting partners with experts, researchers, NGOs, foreign and international organizations and institutions (UN, IUCN, etc.), and decision-makers around the world
• Core and project-based support
• Mentoring and peer-to-peer fundraising support, including grant-writing, budgeting, funder compliance, etc.
• Coalition-building and participation
• Convening gatherings, exchanges, and travel to relevant international and regional events
